Studies show that spending time outside is beneficial to mental health and physical wellbeing. This includes strenuous efforts like exercise and playing sports. As well as more leisurely activities like reading a book, socializing at a park, or gardening. We performed an online survey of 40 anonymous participants, and found that unfortunately for the average person – life and obligations tend to get in the way of them spending more quality time outdoors. Of those surveyed, only 48% felt like they were “Satisfied” or “Very Satisfied” with the amount of time they get to spend outside.

With our solution we’re thinking of the busy office workers that don’t get to spend much time outside apart from their commute. We’re thinking of the concerned parents that want to ensure their kids are spending valuable time playing outdoors. Really our app is for anyone who has ever felt like they could be striving to spend more time outside. We’re here to give you metrics you can track, and ways to keep ourselves accountable!
